• Please visit our website, and then tell us the ID number of the oil painting, the quantity you order, and your other 　requests. (If some oil paintings you need are not in our 　website, please send their pictures to us by e-mail. Then 　our artists can create them for you quickly.)

• The deposit is required before creating. After the products 　are finished, we'll take pictures of them by digital camera 　and then send the pictures to you by email for your 　reference. After receiving your confirmation (You can also 　come to our company for inspecting. By the way, we have our 　own professional and experienced inspector in order to 　insure the quality), we'll send the goods to you by Fedex 　(DHL, UPS, etc.), air or ship. The delivery method usually 　depends on the quantity you order.

• The delivery date is normally in 2-4 weeks (It depends on 　the quantity). For the payment, we usually adopt Western 　Union and T/T (If you need other way, we can discuss it).

• When you receive all the goods you order, please inform us 　by email or others. If the goods you receive are in very bad 　condition, you have the right to refuse to accept them. And 　please inform us immediately, so that we can contact the 　shipping company at once and try our best to solve the 　problem until you are satisfied.

• If you are not satisfied with the goods you order, we'll 　offer you a full refund, but you have to pay the postage.
